
I love to read about creative people in action.
I love businesses that take risks.
And I love the leaders who will try new things to get customers...
I came across Jeneane Sessum's blog where she blogs about business people having a meeting in a coffee shop - particularly a guy who is also a poet:
"The next guy is a little bit freaky. He's talking about customer service and he just said:
'Roses are Red
Violets are Blue
I don't sell anything
Here's what I do...'"
I view it as a different and creative way to get people's attention :) So, when it comes to customer service, are you the creative person? The person who'll take risks? The person who's a little bit freaky?
