
I just came across a news article from Ireland Online that had me laughing and shaking my head in utter disbelief.
You know when your customer service is really bad when you don't even answer the Director of Consumer Affairs. Apparently Aer Lingus has cut back in the customer complaints department in order to save money. Of course this backfired on them. A consumer watchdog had to physically walk into the Aer Lingus headquarters just to get service.
I'll give it to Aer Lingus though, they admit that their customer service is not up to par and has made plans to improve it. We'll see!
