In my days of working in customer service there were days when it wasn't all peaches and creams. Yes, there were days when I wanted to scream and pull my hair out. It was those days that I had to think:
Ok, just pretend that you're not getting paid for what you are doing. This is your passion. You are here to help people....
Saying this to myself did help to put things into perspective.
As I read all these complaints from people's blogs who work in customer service, I ask, "Aren't these people grateful that they even have a job?" First they complain that they don't have a job, then they complain when they do get the job. Complain....complain....complain....
