
When starting a business or reinventing your company, it's important
to figure out what your service or product is. But it can't just be any ole service or product. Nowadays, consumers have way too many choices and you need something to stand out. Like Seth Godin advises, you need your "Purple Cow".
So, how do you wow your customers? How do you come up with something that will knock them off their feet? What will be that "remarkable" something that will catch the attention of your customers? Leadership and creativity play an important role in establishing a remarkable product or providing extraordinary customer service. As Seth says,
"The leader is the leader because he did something remarkable. And that remarkable thing is now taken - it's no longer remarkable when you do it."
