
Out of all the companies out there, I wonder who would have the best
customer service....
It doesn't seem like any company is selling us on customer service these days, except for T-Mobile, who was just recently ranked #1 in wireless customer care by J.D. Powers and Associates, and currently has a TV commercial to let the everyone know they were ranked #1.
Most companies want to sell us on being the "best value for the money" and there are many price wars going on, but what happens after the sale? We're usually left to deal with whatever is given to us. This can hurt us especially if there isn't a money-back guarantee.
