
Each of us probably has our own opinion of what good customer
service is. For me, a good customer service experience in a store would include:
- A happy greeting - like when your dog greets you at the door after a long day at work (minus the face licking!)
- A briefing on any new products or specials
- Checking in on me from time to time to make sure that I'm finding everything that I need
- Offering to help me with my packages to the car
- Patience
- A thank you card in the mail and a coupon for the next visit
- An offer for a cup of coffee
There I go dreamin' again!








My wife and I flew Mexicana Air from Vancouver to Mexico on Mar 16th and returned Mar 30. We found both flights departed and arrived on time and in each case the cabin crew were polite, pleasant and efficient and the flights very comfortable. We would not hesitate to fly Mexicana again. Thank You
