
If you feel like heading to Bermuda this spring, you can take some seminars that can help improve your customer service skills. Laura Boyd-Brown, President of Sapient Management Consulting, will be on the island to lead two different courses: Professional Development for Managers Level 1 and Diploma in Excellence in Quality Customer Service Level 1.
Course topics will include understanding customers, the importance of interpersonal communications, the basics of customer loyalty, remaining positive in a negative environment and coping with stress. The seminars will take place March 15 & 16 from 8:45 a.m. - 5pm each day. The cost is $485 for members and $535 for non-members of the Bermuda Employers' Council.
