And if some of those CSR's aren't working up to standard, it can even add more stress to the job. Here are some tips to alleviate some of the day-to-day challenges:
* Lead by example. Spend some time with the CSR's and show them how you would do their job. If you carry yourself with confidence and show your commitment to them and their work, your CSR's will follow in your footsteps.
* Empower your CSR's. Let them know that they can make decisions when confronted with service issues and that you will back them up 100%. This makes them feel "in charge" and adds more value to their work.
* Communicate with your team. Communication is key in any type of work environment. Have regular meetings and get ideas and feedback from CSR's as to how to make their job - and yours - easier and more enjoyable.
