
Entrepreneur.com posted an article last year that tells you 30 Ways to Show Your Customer They're Always Right, which includes a listing of the "magic words" that customers love to hear:
"How can I help?"
"I can solve that problem."
"I don't know, but I'll find out."
"I will take responsibility."
"I will keep you updated."
"I will deliver on time."
"It'll be just what you ordered."
"The job will be complete."
"I appreciate your business."
Customer service is such a huge commitment. I liken it to getting married :) In my world, yes, the customer is always right.
