It's inevitable that things will go wrong at times. Life would be boring if everything went right all the time, eh? It's when things go wrong that our chararcter is tested. We can see how we handle adversity and try to improve if needed.
Just as each and everyone of us is tested in life, companies are also tested. As Bruce Allen said, " Customer care is never tested until everything that can go wrong does go wrong." It's when things go wrong that we're able to witness how strong a company is.
If your employees are mentally strong individuals and can handle pressure, the company should pass the test :)
