
A man by the name of Paul M. English is starting a grassroots
movement to change the way businesses do customer service over the phone- or should I say, go back the the old school ways - when humans actually helped us.
Paul's website, Gethuman.com, is famous for the customer service cheat sheet - the Get Human Database - which lists ways of getting a human customer service agent when you call a company's 800 number.
The Get Human's mission is to:
