I'm still on the lookout for good customer service stories! Where are you? I know that there are people who are still offering great service....right?
Reading all these bad customer service stories is somewhat frusterating and at times annoying. I know that we're a society that feeds off negative stimuli. It's my sincere hope that I can inspire people to start looking at the positive. Let's start spreading some positive energy!
I understand that people want to let others know about how a company treated them badly, but there needs to be a balance between bad and good.
For humanity's sake - let's start seeing some great service stories!
