Speak Up!

"I can't stand talking to these automated answering machines!" my friend exclaims. But does he try to do anything about it? No - writing a letter to a company telling them how they can improve their service is too much of a hassle.

As a customer, do you often complain about a company's service, but don't do anything about it? It's time to speak up or stop complaining!
