Yesterday I complained about reading bad customer service stories a
ll the time....and I guess I spoke too soon :)
Well, Sears, today you receive the award for...
Monday's Good Customer Service Story!
Today's tale is told at FreeMoneyFinance. After reading the whole story, I wouldn't exactly call it great service, but hey - there's some good to it. If you can't read the whole story, just scroll down to the ending - that's where the "good" part is:
"Sears gets it when it comes to customer service. Taking care of the customer in this way is what I expect from a company I do business with and I'll shop at Sears in the future even more because I know how they handle problems. This stands in stark contrast to how many companies handle customer service"

Yhe time I time I have wasted i taking time off work I could have paid made a good down payment on a new TV. the pone calls got me no satisfaction. I would seel my stock in Sears if you have any.
