In-N-Out is still #1 in my book when it comes to customer service. I ate there for lunch yesterday and when I walked in, I wasn't surprised to find a full house. It was literally standing room only. All the tables were taken up. People were standing up waiting for their food and for an empty table.
I was finally able to sit down while I waited for my food. I looked around and noticed how immaculate the place was considering the place was packed with people. Then I noticed a girl fluttering around with two wet towels in her hand cleaning tables and picking up what little garbage there was on the floor. Yes, this girl was fluttering around like a butterfly with a smile on her face saying "Thank you" as she cleaned tables.
And I walked out with a smile on my face :)
