This is the greeting I receive every time I pull up to any drive-thru window of In-N-Out Burger. For some reason, this greeting puts a smile on my face. Maybe it's because I'm looking forward to sinking my teeth into one of their delicious burgers or maybe it's because they're the first person who's asked me that question in awhile.
I love In-N-Out for their impeccably clean restaurants, friendly staff, and quick service. They have a very simple menu of hamburgers, cheeseburgers, the famous "Double-Double", fries, drinks, and lines of people constantly waiting to be served - which goes to show that sometimes simple is better.
One thing I like about In-N-Out is that their managers are trained at "In-N-Out University" where the company's business philosophy is taught: "Give customers the freshest, highest quality foods you can buy and provide them with friendly service in a sparkling clean environment." I have to say that of all the fast food chains in the U.S., In-N-Out is consistent in adhering to their company's philosophy in ALL the restaurants.
I wish that I could buy stock in In-N-Out. I'd do it in a heartbeat. And if you're ever in California, Arizona, or Nevada, I'd highly recommend visiting one of their restaurants!
