Do you think the customer is the enemy? Are you irritated with people
you work with? Do you just want to scream and run away when someone rings the bell for service?
I suggest trying meditation and positive affirmations. There are things you can say to yourself throughout the day that will get you thinking positive in no time. I also suggest writing them on post-it's and posting them around your desk or work area. Here are a few to try:
"I am a happy person and attract happy customers"
"I offer phenomenal customer service"
"The Universe sends good customers who spend enormous amounts of money with me"
Whatever energy you put out there comes right back at you. This is the enlightened way of doing business.
It's time to change your way of thinking. Call it brainwashing, hypnosis, or whatever - but it will alter the way you interact with customers and change your outlook on life. Overall, it'll make you a happier person.
