After attempting to disconnect service with Sprint, Ramit Sethi is confronted with an early cancellation fee for which he had already negotiated not to pay. Instead of bowing down to Sprint's hustle, Ramit fought back with his notes of the conversation he had when he negotiated his cellular plan. Sprint immediately waves the "cancellation fee".
