My only gripe with cable is that people should have more options when it comes to choosing a cable company. Where I live here in San Diego, there is only one cable company that will service this area and the service has been pretty good so far.








I work for a message center that takes messages for 2 cable compnanies in my area. Granted, they do advertise they are "open" 24/7 and that is NOT strictly the truth.....only for complete outages are they "open". Otherwise, they too want to spend time with their families. And if your remote control quits working, well, you gonna have to wait till the next business day. Sorry.
But on the other hand, I fail to see it as a NATIONAL CRISIS when your cable quits working. Golly, America, pick up a book and READ!!! I don't even have a tv and can't say I miss it!
Just another perspective I guess....
