
According to Brad Dakake, customer service in Moldova where he is a
Peace Corp volunteer usually consists of people becoming "upset because of the ignorance of
the customer."
But one particular incident came as a surprise to Brad.... The helpful person, Nina, said those magic words that I love to hear and love to say - "No Problem!" When Brad heard those words, he thought the words were lost in translation.
"I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. Problem solved. Made my day. I love competence."
