One of my favorite restaurants is Black Angus. I like it particularly because of the great food, especially their cheesy bread. Mmmm… Recently I added another reason why I love Black Angus: excellent service.
One particular day I had lunch there by myself. The lunch began like a regular visit. My drink order was taken followed by my entrée order a few minutes later. Twenty minutes later another waitress came to serve my plate. The food arrived hot and ready to be devoured.
A few minutes later someone walked by to check on me. I replied that everything was good… Another few minutes went by and my drink was refilled by another person. The drink was refilled again two more times. At this time I began to wonder, "Did I die and become Queen for the day?" I was waiting for someone to ask me if my feet needed to be rubbed next!
I will be a Black Angus customer for life! I sent the manager a Thank You note for the excellent service. I was highly impressed and I could tell that this restaurant valued teamwork. Yes, Black Angus, "I Like It Like That! "
