Every job I've held involved interacting with customers on some level. From telemarketing to sales and management - I've done it all. As far as customers are concerned, I've dealt with the excellent, the good, the bad, and the ugly! Every day was different, which is probably why I stuck with it for so long. And of course, I love helping people.
After thirteen years of customer service, I feel that it's time to share my knowledge and help those who work in customer service become the best that they can be. I've worked for big companies like Nordstrom's and Sears, small businesses, and I've also worked for myself. What all of these entities have in common is: the customer. Customer service is the name of the game. Without them, there would be no business!
So, let's begin the journey...
